2-Way Messaging / Chat (Crisp Integration)
StaffUp has discontinued our native 2-Way Chat Messaging in favor of an Integration with Crisp. In order to have 2-Way messaging from your mobile app, you will need to have a Crisp Account, and integrate it with StaffUpApp. We normally create a Crisp account for you as part of your initial implementation. Your StaffUpApp account already has an SMS number associated with it. We use it to send SMS reminders and OTP (One time Password) confirmations from your account.
