Timesheet Settings

Timesheets are driven by the Timesheet Settings in the Placement Record. Each individual placement can operate differently, depending on how you set them. There are a few primary settings for timesheets:

Timesheet Settings
Clock In Settings
Break Settings
Clock Out Settings

Timesheet Settings

Set how the candidate should enter their time (Daily or Weekly) and how they should submit their time (Daily or Weekly).

Clock In Settings

Set detailed parameters for how clocking in should be enforced for your Candidates

Allow early clock in? - Is the Candidate allowed to clock in before the start time of the Placement? Yes or No.
Early clock in grace period (in minutes) - If the Candidate is allowed to clock in early, how early is allowed? Define this in number of minutes.
Require clock in approvals - Does a supervisor need to approve when this Candidate clocks in? If set to Yes, the candidate will be required to hand their phone to a known (or unknown) supervisor for their signature when they clock in.
Require geofence - If set to yes, a snapshot of the candidates location will be stored for future reference when clocking in. You or potentially clients can see this snapshot in the Who's Working dashboard for the day in question.
Enforce geofence - If set to yes, you will be required to set a geofence for the location of this placement if you haven't already. When enabled, the Candidate will not be allowed to clock in for their placement until they are within the defined geofence you created for the location.

Break Settings

Set what is allowed for breaktimes.

Allow Open Break - If set to yes, the Candidate will be able to start and end their break whenever they want. Allows for an open ended break period.
Allow Fixed Minute Break Times - Allows you to set defined break increments to auto-calculate the clock in and clock out times. For example: 15 Minutes, 30 Minutes, 60 Minutes, etc...

Clock Out Settings

Set detailed parameters for how clocking out should be enforced for your Candidates

Prevent clock out before end time? - Is the Candidate restricted from clocking out before the end time of the Placement? Yes or No.
Require clock out approvals - Does a supervisor need to approve when this Candidate clocks out? If set to Yes, the candidate will be required to hand their phone to a known (or unknown) supervisor for their signature when they clock out.
Require geofence - If set to yes, a snapshot of the candidates location will be stored for future reference when clocking out. You or potentially clients can see this snapshot in the Who's Working dashboard for the day in question.
Enforce geofence - If set to yes, you will be required to set a geofence for the location of this placement if you haven't already. When enabled, the Candidate will not be allowed to clock out of their placement unless they are within the defined geofence you created for the location.
