We are Transitioning to a New User Interface

StaffUpApp has been growing exponentially, and we've learned a LOT over the past 18 months. So much in fact that we have been completely rebuilding some of our functionality from the ground up. We're doing this in order to meet our clients growing needs, and to provide the best experience possible for you and your teams. As a result, many of the functions you are used to are being quickly replaced with newer versions with a new look and feel.

Managing the Transition

While we wish we could just build the entire platform all at once, and then transition everything over at the same time, that isn't really feasible. There are too many updates many of you are waiting on. This means that for a short time period, there will be two separate User Interfaces;

The Admin Portal (Legacy)
The Recruiter Console (New)

We will do our best to make this transition easy on you, and keep the lines of communication open. For example, once you decide its time to start using our NEW Orders & Placements, we will make it clear in the Legacy Admin Portal, that you should no longer use the old Shift Scheduling & Placements. But we'll still give you access to your existing data so you aren't completely cutt off.

While this next phase might feel a little bit bumpy at first, we know you'll agree that the transition was well worth it in the end. We have so many amazing new features and updates that we know will help bring your Staffing Agency to the next level!
