Preferences & Exclusions
Its inevitable that some of your clients will have either a preference or aversion for certain workers. You need to be able to guide your team on which workers either should be considered first for open Placements, or completely ruled out (or used as a last resort). Our Preferences & Exclusions feature will help you do exactly that!

Set a Preference for a specific Company / Location - This means when considering candidates for an open placement, you will see that they are preferred by way of a green checkmark
Set an Exclusion for a specific Company / Location - This means when considering candidates for an open placement, you will see they have an exclusion by way of a red warning sign
In both instances, you can leave comments so that you have context as to why a specific candidate might be preferred or excluded for a specific location.
Navigate to any candidate profile
Click on the 'Preferences' Tab
Click on the 'Add Preference' or 'Add Exclusion' button
Search for the Company you need to add the preference or exclusion for
Choose any Locations associated with the company
Add a comment so you and others on your team have context for the future
Click 'Save'
That's it! Moving forward, whenever you are reviewing potential candidates for an open placement, you will see indicators for the candidates with Preferences or Exclusions. You will also be able to hover over the icon to view your notes. This should be a huge time saver for your team when trying to find the best person to send for an open placement with your clients!
