Orders Overview

Orders are a collection of Placements. If you are working with a client to fill multiple openings, its most likely a good idea to group those Placements into an Order for easy entry and tracking. Once you've created an Order, you can manage the associated Placements from within the Order itself, or in the general Placements section along with all of your other Placements. When to use Orders instead of Placements

When you need to add multiple placements quickly, instead of one at a time
When you need to organize or group placements for easy tracking
For Per Diem type roles where you need coverage across a long time period, but different workers can work on different days
For keeping Clients in the loop automatically by giving them limited access to their open orders with your company
