StaffUpApp enables a mobile optimized approach to Onboarding. We take all of your complex onboarding forms, and convert them into mobile optimized versions. This makes filling out complex onboarding documents much more user friendly, resulting in far more completions and less frustration among your workforce. The forms the candidates fill out are simple and straightforward, yet once completed, you receive a full copy of the form for your files.

How to Create Onboarding Packets
Federal & State Forms - We provide you with all Federal & State Tax forms, including From W4, Form I-9, Form W9, etc...
Company Forms - We can take any of your existing forms and convert them into mobile optimized versions.
Credentials - Users can upload Credentials into their profiles, along with credential types and expiration dates for compliance tracking.
Once your forms are created, its easy to create packets. Packets are are simply a group of forms. You can create unlimited packets for any purpose, just by dragging and dropping forms together. You might have packets based on states you do business in, packets specific to clients you work with, etc... You can assign one or multiple packets to candidates you work with and they will be notified via Email, SMS, as well as In-App notifications if they have already downloaded your mobile app. Reminders are sent out automatically if candidates forget or neglect to complete them in a timely fashion.
