New User Journey Configuration (Mobile App Journey)
You have the ability to configure the experience users have when they first download your mobile app. Specifically, you can configure the following items:
Landing Page Welcome Text
Keyword Prompts & Collection
'Interview Now' Call to Action
Custom Call to Action Button
Any of these features can be turned on or off, depending on your needs. That said, the features are really meant to all work together in tandem so we recommend configuring and turning all of the functions on for maximum benefit. Read below for a brief explanation of each function.

Before users are taken to the main mobile app screen, they can be presented with a brief landing page with customizable welcome text. You have the ability to customize the Header Text, as well as the body text. After reading the intro text, users will see a button labeled "Go to the App".
Your mobile app has the ability to send automated job alert notifications to candidates when new jobs are created. These notifications are driven by keywords saved in the candidate profile that match keywords in the jobs you're posting. For example, if a candidate saves the words "supervisor" as one of their keywords, whenever you post a new job with the word "supervisor" somewhere in the description or job title, the candidate will receive a notification, encouraging them to review and apply.
Candidates rarely save keywords to their profile without some type of prompt. Therefore, guiding them through a series of prompts when they first download your app is the best way to encourage them to save a few keywords, resulting in more notifications and an increase in the number of applications you receive.
If enabled, the Keyword Prompt Journey will be the first thing the candidates see when opening your app for the first time.
If enabled, this will add a button to your Landing Page named 'Interview Now'. When clicked, it will simply dial a phone number of your choosing to encourage interested candidates to get in touch with your team right away. We like to call it the "bat phone". Additionally, if you have candidates that speak different languages (Spanish, French, etc...), you can configure the button to direct to different phone numbers, depending on the language preference of the candidate.
If enabled, this will add a secondary button to your landing page. You have the ability to name this button anything you want, and embed a URL of your choice. This is a great option for embedding a Calendly link to allow users to schedule a demo with your team. That said, it can be used for anything you can think of. The URL will open in browser within your mobile app and not take them away from the app completely. Once they are done with whatever the URL asks them to do, they can click a "Done" button and be redirected back to the mobile app. This helps ensure the candidate experience remains in your mobile app.
Tip: Make sure whatever URL you specify here goes to a mobile optimized page.
