How to create a Crisp Account and integrate it with your mobile app
If you don't already have a Crisp Account connected to your StaffUp Account, you have two options:
Reach out to our support team at support@staffupapp.com and ask us to create one for you. We will create and configure the account initially for you to save you a bit of time. We will then give you ownership access to the account so you can manage it however you like.
Create your own Crisp account here. Then follow the steps below to integrate it with your StaffUp Account.
How to Enable Crisp Integration
Create your Crisp Account
Navigate to the Recruiter Console > Admin Settings > Integrations > Crisp
Click to enable the Crisp Integration Toggle
Enter your Crisp Website ID (How to find your Crisp Website ID)
Click 'Save'
Click the 'Link Crisp + StaffUpApp' button (make sure you are logged into Crisp and it is open in a separate browser tab)
Follow the prompts to link your account
Done!
If you follow the steps above, your Crisp Chatbox should now work correctly in your mobile app.
