How to add a Bullhorn Action menu

Step-by-Step
After logging into Bullhorn:

Open the menu, and select the Admin icon



Select the View Layout icon



Select <Your Company Name> from the Private Label dropdown, then select where you will launch the onboadings from.
We support the following entities: Candidate, Submission and Placement



Select Custom Menu Actions



In the Name field, enter “StaffUpApp Onboarding” or whatever you want to name the menu item.

a. Select the Enabled checkbox


b. To add the action on the Candidate List, Select the 3rd button, On a record list, in the Action section. To Add the action on the Candidate's Profile, Select the 1st button, In a record, on the menu.


c. Enter the following URL in the URL box:

d. Select StaffUpApp from the Partner Name dropdown


e. Search for and select the User Types that are allowed to see the new Action menu




Log out of the Bullhorn Console, then log back in.
The Bullhorn console will not reflect your changes until you log-out/log-in.

After logging back in:
a. Go to the Candidates list or Candidate Profile, depending on what you selected from step 5 above.


b. Select a candidate


c. Select the SELECTED dropdown in the top right corner of the screen


d. Click the new Action menu item. “StaffUpApp Onboarding” or whatever you named it.




Once the StaffUpApp Onboarding screen appears, select the onboarding packet to send.
The packet will send to the previously selected candidates(s)
