E-Verify Integration Setup Instructions

In order to configure E-Verify, StaffUpApp will need a Web Services Account. The account allows the StaffUpApp system to make the API calls to submit cases to E-Verify on the clients behalf.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Log into your E-Verify account. Click here for the E-Verify Website


2. Select the Company, then Manage Users menu. <See Image below>

3. Click the "Add User" button.

4. Select the User Role of "Web Services Access".

5. Fill in the required fields. Using the data below to in the form:



Email: e-verify@staffupapp.com
Last Name: Richard
First Name: Rick
Phone: 503-539-2795

Enter User Information

6. Select the new user from the list and set the Password to: J9$xX1CR (NOTE, We will change this once given access.)

IMPORTANT: The final step is to send us the information you just created. To do so, please click the link below to fill out our E-Verify Submission Form


7. Final Step: Please click here to submit the E-Verify Information to our team
