Customizing Classifications (Industries, Positions, Specialties)
The main Classifications in the system are:
Industries
Positions
Specialties
Whenever you add Placements or Orders to the system, you are required to fill in these details. Similarly, Candidate profiles need these details completed before they can be 'Approved'. The data is used to match candidates to the appropriate placements.
How to Customize Classifications
Navigate to Admin Settings > System Settings > Classifications
Click on the 'Add Industry' button to add an Industry (You can add as many industries as you want)
Click on the Industry you just created to create Positions underneath it
Click on the 'Add Position' button to add a Position under the Industry (You can add as many positions as you want)
Click on one of the Positions you just created to create Specialties underneath it
Click on the 'Add Specialty' to add a Specialty under the Position
