Customize Placement Types

By default there are three Placement Types, also known as Job Types. The three default Placement Types are:

Temp
Contract
Full Time

You can also add custom Placement Types if you'd like for your own internal tracking purposes, and to be displayed in various parts of the Recruiter Console and Mobile App. Custom Placement Types are always mapped to a Work Type.

To customize your own Placement Types (Job Types), follow these steps:

Navigate to the Legacy Admin Portal and click on Admin Settings > Placement Settings
Click on 'New Job Type'
Give your new Job Type a Name (ie: Travel), and then choose what Work Type to associate it with. There are only three possible Work Types: Temp, Contract and Full Time.
