Configure Mobile App Tile Labels & Behavior
Its easy for us to customize and configure the main tiles on your mobile app. Right now, only our support team can make these changes for you, but its easy and quick for us to do, so please reach out if you'd like us to do it. In particular, we can change:

By Default, there a 5 mobile app tiles:
Messages
Refer a Friend
Jobs
Shifts
Timesheets
If you are not using our Scheduling Tools, you will not see Shifts or Timesheets. That said, many of our clients would prefer a different name, and we can easily change any of these tiles to be named anything you want. For example, maybe you prefer the word 'Assignments' or 'Gigs' instead of 'Shifts'. Maybe you prefer the word 'Helpdesk' instead of 'Messages'. Whatever you want to name them, we are happy to accommodate. Just let us know what you want by emailing support@staffupapp.com, or using the live chat widget on our website.
PS - We can also customize the Spanish and French versions of the words as well!
Right now there are three ways in which we can dynamically show or hide tiles based on the candidate journey.
Any Tile can be completely hidden from all Candidates
Shifts can be SHOWN to 'Approved' AND Unapproved' Candidates, or just to 'Approved' Candidates
Jobs can be HIDDEN from 'Approved' Candidates
The idea is that when a candidate first downloads your mobile app, they might see only the Jobs title. After they apply and become a W2 Employee, they no longer need to be advertised jobs, and they should only see active shifts. Depending on the scenario, you have the power to decide what works best.
