Compliance Tracking for Scheduling

Before you assign a candidate to an open Placement, its important to make sure they are compliant with company, client and position compliance requirements. Our Compliance Tracking feature will allow you to quickly identify which candidates are indeed compliant, which are "almost" compliant, and which are not compliant at all. In addition to easy visual indicators, additional safeguards are in place to warn you if you try to assign someone to a Placement that is missing required documents.

Steps to use Compliance Tracking on Placements

Enter Placement and include the required doc types for each placement
Click on the 'Find Candidates' button for the placement to review candidates
Each candidate on the list will have icons indicating their level of compliance:

Green Checkmark = Fully Compliant
Yellow Exclamation Point = Partially Compliant
Red Warning Sign = Not Compliant
