Client Portal Overview
Your Client Portal looks and feels very much like the Recruiter Console. The primary difference is that your clients are only able to see data for the Locations they are assigned to. There are also many features and functions that clients cannot see or do. We'll try to cover everything here so you know how it all works.
You do NOT need to invite all your clients to the Client Portal. You can choose which clients to invite, and which locations to assign them to.

Orders
Orders is the only section of the Client Portal that you can turn on, or turn off, depending on your preference. It is a universal setting. Its either on or off for all of your clients.
Orders is a centralized spot where your clients can see which orders are open in the system, as well as all of the Placements associated with the order. They have a limited view of the Placements but in general can see if the order is open, or if it has been filled. They can see which Candidate is scheduled, as well as the dates & times for each Placement. You can optionally allow your clients a method to submit orders to you via the portal, or you can turn that feature off, and only allow them to monitor Orders you've entered in the system.
Who's Working
The Who's Working Dashboard is a simple way to see who is scheduled to work today, and whether they have clocked in, taken a break, and have clocked out. Its a very useful tool for tracking the real time status of your workforce. For more details on the Who's Working Dashboard, check out this article.
Timesheets
The Timesheets section is where your clients can review and approve timesheets for the locations and candidates they have been assigned to. For more details on how Timesheets work, check out this article.
