This article outlines a concise step-by-step process for adding a card to candidate profiles using the BullHorn admin interface.

Step 1: Accessing BullHorn Admin

Begin by logging into the BullHorn admin platform. This is where you'll be able to manage candidate profiles seamlessly.

Step 2: Navigating the Menu

Once logged in, locate the menu section. Click on it to reveal the options available for profile customization.

Step 3: Access the Admin

Begin by locating and accessing the admin interface.

Step 4: Modify View Layout

Within the menu, locate and click on the "View Layout" option. This step will allow you to tailor the layout to suit your preferences and improve workflow.

Step 5: Select the Field Map Entity

In this step, you will need to choose the relevant field map entity. From the provided dropdown menu, specifically choose the "Candidate" option.

Step 6: Click on Custom Cards

Within the "Custom Cards" section, you'll encounter various items. Personalize these to your preference by making adjustments and selecting "Save." To expand your card repertoire, simply click the "Add" button to introduce a new set of cards.

To continue the workflow, navigate back to the candidate profile.




Go to "Search" tab




Select any candidate to check if your card was added.

Step 8: Go to "Layout"

Proceed to the layout section to confirm whether the newly added card is being displayed.

Step 9: Check the Checkbox

Navigate to the appropriate checkbox - "Card Overview Dev" or "Card Overview Prod." By ticking this checkbox, you enable the display of the card within the candidate profile.




You don't have to manually inspect each candidate for card implementation. Once you confirm the presence of the card in one candidate's profile, rest assured that it will be applied to other candidates automatically.
