Auto-Submit Timesheet Settings

Timesheets can be automatically submitted if Candidates forget to submit them. In order for timesheets to be automatically submitted, the setting must be enabled.

Auto-Submit Timesheet Settings



Enabled = If a candidate forgets to submit their timesheet, they will receive a reminder to submit their timesheet exactly 1 hour after the placement end time. If their timesheet isn't submitted after that, the auto-submit will trigger 1 hour after the reminder, or 2 hours after the placements end time.

Disabled = If a candidate forgets to submit their timesheet, no reminders will trigger to remind them, and their timesheet will not be auto-submitted.

How to enable or disable Auto-Submit Timesheet Settings



In the Recruiter Console, navigate to Admin Settings > Scheduling & Timesheets > Timesheets
Enable or disable the 'Auto Submit Timesheets' option
