Accessing Application Details

Introduction:



Applications happen when candidates view and then apply to specific jobs listed in your mobile app. Typically these jobs are being pulled from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Similarly, when a candidate applies for any of these jobs through the mobile app, they are pushed back into your ATS as an applicant to the specific job in question. We keep a basic record of the application here in StaffUp Admin, but you most likely will "manage" the application directly in your ATS system.

**Step 1:



Click on "Applications": Log in to the helpdesk system using your credentials. Once logged in, locate the "Applications" tab in the main dashboard and click on it. This will redirect you to the application details section.





**Step 2: Viewing Application Details**



Application Details: In the application details section, you will find a list of all submitted applications. This list provides the date, name, email, job ID, and job title associated with each application.
That's it! By following these steps, you can easily access and view the relevant information about user applications in the helpdesk system. This knowledge will enable you to efficiently support applicants and address their concerns accurately.
