We are Transitioning to a New User Interface

StaffUpApp has been growing exponentially, and we've learned a LOT over the past 18 months. So much in fact that we have been completely rebuilding some of our functionality from the ground up. We're doing this in order to meet our clients growing needs, and to provide the best experience possible for you and your teams. As a result, many of the functions you are used to are being quickly replaced with newer versions with a new look and feel.

Managing the Transition

While we wish we could just build the entire platform all at once, and then transition everything over at the same time, that isn't really feasible. There are too many updates many of you are waiting on. This means that for a short time period, there will be two separate User Interfaces;

The Admin Portal (Legacy)
The Recruiter Console (New)

We will do our best to make this transition easy on you, and keep the lines of communication open. For example, once you decide its time to start using our NEW Orders & Placements, we will make it clear in the Legacy Admin Portal, that you should no longer use the old Shift Scheduling & Placements. But we'll still give you access to your existing data so you aren't completely cutt off.

While this next phase might feel a little bit bumpy at first, we know you'll agree that the transition was well worth it in the end. We have so many amazing new features and updates that we know will

A step-by-step guide on how to create your Apple Developer account for your iPhone App. The Apple Developer Program is what gives you the ability to make your app available on the App Store for iPhone users. Due to Apple's updated guidelines and policies, you are now required to setup your own developer account for your app to be published by StaffUpApp. The account step up is pretty easy. After following the steps below, and creating an Apple ID (username and password), you can contact Apple support. They are very quick to call the number you provide when signing up. We suggest using your mobile number when signing up.

Follow the instructions at the end of this document to reach Apple.

Step 2: Go to https://developer.apple.com/enroll/ and click on “Start Your Enrollment”

Sign in using an existing Apple ID. If you do not have an Apple ID, click ‘Create Apple ID’ to create one

E-Verify Integration Setup Instructions

| In order to configure E-Verify, StaffUpApp will need a Web Services Account. The account allows the StaffUpApp system to make the API calls to submit cases to E-Verify on the clients behalf.

1. Log into your E-Verify account. Click here for the E-Verify Website

2. Select the Company, then Manage Users menu.

Form I-9 Overview & Available Versions

||| As of October 31, 2023, DHS requires that only the 2023 I-9 Form be used. Starting November 1st, 2023, the StaffUpApp system will only support this version of the I-9. Please read below for important information, as well as how to find the version of the 2023 Form I-9 that works best for you.

We have 4 configuration options for the I-9 form (listed below)
We do not currently support any other options at this point.
We encourage you to switch to the version you need as soon as possible.
Q2 or Q3 of 2024 we will release a brand new I-9 Configuration Wizard that will let you configure any/all aspects of the I-9. Until then, the below list of options is what we support. Thank you for your attention to this update.

| In the Onboarding Packet Creation area, you will find the following I-9 Forms already available to you. Please find the version that suits your needs best and update your packets accordingly.

2023 FORM I-9 Options

FEDERAL I-9 2023. This is the complete I-9 form section 1 and 2. Section 1 is sent to the Candidate. Once section 1 is completed, Section 2 is sent to the Employer. All uploaded IDs will be available in the Candidate's file folder and from the Assigned Packet menu. As soon as both sections of the form are complete, the system will upload the completed PDF, plus IDs to StaffUpApp and the client’s ATS.

Step-by-Step After logging into Bullhorn:

Open the menu, and select the Admin icon

Select the View Layout icon

How to initiate the TempWorks + StaffUpApp Integration

Please follow these instructions to initiate the integration between TempWorks and StaffUpApp. The steps below need to be performed inside of TempWorks. These steps were given to us by TempWorks, so it might be helpful to reach out to them directly in case any of these instructions aren't clear or you have a specific question.
